Looking at Composition of your photos, a big rule in photography is Rule of Thirds.
In the image to your left, you can see that the lines on the photo show how a photo can be split to show our thirds - horizontal and vertical. The idea behind Rule of Thirds is that you must have the subject or focal point of your photo near the crossings of these lines. This makes for a more aesthetically pleasing and interesting photo, rather than a photo right in the middle. The examples below show this Rule of Thirds.
